Fu Wei Ma Hua Juan Fried Dough Twist: Brown Sugar
This famous and delicious Chinese snack is called ma hua. They're crunchy, twisted rolls, sprinkled with a (not too sweet) brown sugar. It's produced in Xiao Liu Qiu, a small island off the coast of Southern Taiwan (known in English as Liuqiu Island). Ma Hua are created in many places, but none are as delicious as the genuine Xiao Liu Qiu ones!
