Rou Fu “pork floss” is dry shredded well-seasoned pork. It is very similar to rousong with its satisfying sweet, savory, and salty flavors, but it’s a bit less dry and seasoned. Additionally, it is not as finely shredded, but the texture is still relatively soft and will melt in your mouth!
