The Premium Wagyu Bundle includes:

• A5 Wagyu Beef Shaved Chuck Roll: Shabu Shabu (0.5 lb)
• A5 Wagyu Beef Short Rib: BBQ Cut (0.5 lb)
• A5 Wagyu Sushi Slice Rib Cap (15 slices)

Storage: Store in the freezer at 0°F or lower until ready to use. Then, defrost in the fridge before using.
