Seiki One-Bite Mochi: Green Tea & White Chocolate

This mochi is called daifuku, or stuffed mochi. Rich matcha powder is kneaded into the soft mochi rice dough, and then wrapped around its delicious white chocolate filling. These mochi snacks are individually-wrapped to take on-the-go.
