Are we implying that this blueberry kuzumochi is the ultimate summertime bite? Maybe. Kuzumochi is made with kuzu starch and has a light texture somewhere between gelatin and rice flour mochi. This kuzomochi also features blueberries harvested from Mt. Sanbe of Shimane Prefecture, it’s hard to deny the sweet juicy flavor of this Japanese mochi. Best served chilled for a refreshing treat!
