Bokksu Market

Market orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day if ordered by 3pm ET, or by the next business day.

Bokksu Frozen

Frozen orders ship out Monday-Wednesday. This is to ensure your package your package does not experience delays over the weekend.

Please note that our warehouse is closed on major holidays, and orders placed during those times may not ship out until the next business day.

Market orders ship from our NJ warehouse and Frozen orders ship from our IL warehouse, so times vary depending on your location and available shipping method.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email which is sent to you once your order has been shipped.

We do our best to pack your boxes with love, making sure that your items arrive unharmed and in excellent condition. Your order will be packed and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box, sealed with industrial shipping tape with the Bokksu Market logo. 

Heavy items, like rice and beverages, will be packed at the bottom of the box and wrapped in bubble-wrap. The size of the box itself will depend on the size of your order. We currently use 15 different box sizes to make sure your order is packed just right!

Our frozen items are packaged and shipped separately with dry ice to keep your products frozen through the evening of your expected delivery date.

Bokksu Market Website Orders:

  • We offer free shipping for all orders over $49*.
  • Orders under $49 ship for $10 flat rate.
  • All orders must meet a minimum order total of $30 before being eligible for shipping.

Bokksu Market Mobile App Orders:

  • Over $49*: Free Shipping
  • $30-$49: $10 Flat Rate
  • Under $30: $15 Flat Rate

*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For these states, we offer $40 flat rate shipping.

Oh no - that is definitely not what we want to hear. If your item is at all damaged (melted, defective, etc), we ask that you please follow the link below to submit a video of the damages. From there, our team will confirm the damages, and help with a free replacement order if eligible.

Because the food and drink products we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives, all items purchased through bokksumarket.com are final and non-returnable. Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the delivery address. Due to the perishable nature of our products are unable to accept returns.

We currently use UPS to ship frozen orders. To track packages please refer to your shipping confirmation email. While we regularly conduct test shipments and adjust shipping speeds, weather or other matters out of our control may impact your delivery.

If your frozen products partially or fully thaw in transit, in many cases they are safe to consume. You can read the Storage section on each product page to learn more about how your items should be stored.

No, you will not need to be home to sign for your frozen Bokksu Market package. We will leave it on your doorstep!

Dry ice temperature is extremely cold at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. You should always handle dry ice with care and wear protective clothes, an oven mitt, or a kitchen towel. You can dispose of your dry ice by letting the unused portion sublimate in a well-ventilated area. Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach children and animals, and DO NOT touch the dry ice! Additionally, do not place it on any tiled or solid surfaces (like in a sink), as it can cause severe damage.

We recommend that you transfer your frozen products to the freezer as soon as possible.

Great question! Shelf life varies by type of product. For peak freshness, we generally recommend consuming your frozen products within 4-8 months of delivery, but please refer to the product packaging for exact recommendations.

To ensure your frozen items remain as cold as possible, we use a separate state-of-the-art "frozen" warehouse, which ships separately from Market orders. Frozen products require different handling and shipping processes, and separating our warehouses ensures both operations remain as efficient as possible!
