Bokksu × Kuze Fuku Matcha Rice Crackers

Bokksu and Kuze Fuku have teamed up to bring you the most delicious Japanese arare rice crackers. The process is long but worth it. First, glutinous rice is milled to make rice cakes. While hot, the rice cakes are molded, carefully dried, and then roasted. Finally, each rice cracker is flavored by hand with high-grade Japanese matcha. This process takes at least ten days to bring out the flavors of the matcha green tea and rice. Each delightful bite of these gluten-free crackers is the perfect balance of sweet, earthy, and savory flavors and aromas!
