Kyouno Haresugata Kuzumochi: Matcha
Kuzumochi is a wiggly jelly-like Japanese dessert made with the starch of the kudzu plant. Maker Kyouno Haresgata kneads authentic Uji matcha powder into this snack, for an earthy and subtly sweet taste. To prepare, chill the kuzumochi in your refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then, cut it into pieces and sprinkle the included kinako (roasted soybean powder) and kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup) over your snack and enjoy.
