What is nori? Nori is a type of dried seaweed that is very popular in Japanese cooking. From nori sheets as snacks to sushi nori, there are many different variations to be enjoyed - one of which is this buttery nori seaweed spread! Fresh local seaweed and butter are simmered in soy sauce to create a dazzling taste bud experience. We’re talking sweet, salty, AND umami flavors! It’s recommended as a topping over rice, but we encourage sharing the love and using it as you wish, like on crackers, fish, and more!
