Some Bokksu Market products are produced overseas and may have a Production Date printed on the packaging, rather than a Best Buy Date as is standard in North America. If your product appears expired, do not be alarmed! This is most likely the Production Date. All items have been double checked to ensure they are not expired and safe to eat.
What Is Wasabi?
You may know wasabi as a thick, spicy green paste that accompanies soy sauce at sushi restaurants. That paste is made from root vegetables known as Wasabi Japonica and Eutrema Wasabi. Wasabi adds a stimulating amount of spiciness to any dish it touches!
How To Cook With Wasabi
From mashed potatoes to mayonnaise, wasabi can “spice up” all types of food! You can even throw it into a Bloody Mary for a devilish afternoon. Or, get the sushi bar experience at home and serve wasabi along with pickled ginger and soy sauce as sushi toppings.
